Sign API

Only ai_generated and edited templates are accepted. Arbitrary manifests are rejected. Every signature is post-verified. trust_status is roma_trusted, not c2pa_trusted. Public credential pages are noindex; signed files expire in about one hour.

Anonymous browser signing uses POST /api/sign. Client-provided generator/model values are labelled as declarations, not verified identity. Public pages at /v/{credential_id} are noindex by default.

Videos larger than about 12MB make POST /v1/content/verify return 202 with a job_id; poll GET /v1/jobs/{id}.
